Helping to put the Customer in the driving seat for Volvo Car UK

We’re were delighted to be recently appointed as Coaching partner for Volvo Car UK.
Over the last two months we’ve been busy helping the Retailers understand the vital role they’ll play in the market transformation being undertaken by Volvo Cars. It’s a significant change as the UK has now become the first 100 per cent direct market for Volvo Cars and we think Volvo have been as transparent as their new process – that physical retailers will always be a key component and that they’ll continue to be “an important part of a seamless online and physical consumer experience.” And that’s where we come in!
To succeed in putting the consumer first we’re helping to land the new, transparent customer journey with colleagues at retailer level.
We really admire these ambitious transformation goals and are proud to be playing our part in them.
