After Sales Customer Satisfaction Coaches - UK and Europe
Centro is looking for Best In Class After Sales Coaches in the UK and all the major Automotive Markets in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in General Management and/or Aftersales Management with a demonstrable ability to improve Customer Satisfaction Performance.
Comfortable liaising at all staff levels in dealerships your skill set will include the ability to deliver Coaching Support and to guide individuals towards ideas and agree measurable and sustainable improvement to CSI.
This is an exciting opportunity for a “Self Starter”, working remotely but also supported by a wider delivery and Management team .
Training courses, assessment and coaching tools will be provided and a full Train the Trainer module will be delivered at the outset.
Spoken and written English at business level is a requirement.
These positions will initially be full time for a fixed period of 7 to 8 months – the assignment may extend beyond that.
We would also consider Freelance Coaches with the right skill set.
