Best Practise Visits

Centro has successfully planned and delivered many Best Practise Visits over the years for markets around the world.

As part of the coaching phase of an assignment we often propose a best practise visit ideally including colleagues from the manufacturer’s head office as well.

We’ve found the shared experience is a great accelerator, for example to show a group what world class used car businesses look like and to inspire the delegates to implement quick wins and longer term solutions within their own businesses.
